研討會將照常進行。
Thunderstorm Warning/Standby Signal No.1/Strong Wind Signal No.3/Amber Rainstorm Signal/Red Rainstorm Signal
The conference will be held as scheduled.
八號或更高颱風信號
如信號在上午8時正或之前發出，活動將取消；
如信號在活動開始後任何時間發出，活動將立即停止；
如信號在中午12時30分或之前已取消，下午活動照常進行。
Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above
If the signal is issued at or before 8:00 am, the conference will be cancelled.
If the signal is issued at any time after the conference starts, the conference will be stopped immediately.
If the signal has been cancelled at or before 12:30 pm, the afternoon sessions will proceed as usual.
黑色暴雨警告
如在上午8時正或之前發出，上午活動將暫停；當黑色暴雨警告取消後兩小時，大會將照常進行活動。
如活動已開始，照常進行。
Black Rainstorm Signal
If issued at or before 8 am, the morning sessions will be suspended; 2 hours after the black rainstorm signal is cancelled, the conference will continue as usual.
If the activity has started, proceed as usual.

Remarks
The above arrangements are subject to the actual weather report issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. In case of any of the above, please call the Conference Committee at 6732 0003.
The Conference Committee will try to inform the participants about the change or cancellation of the conference through telephone, message or email.
